One slice of whole wheat bread with almond butter

Three cups of coffee

Blanched carrots with cumin oil and sunflower seeds, sautéed broccoli rabe, baked mushrooms with cilantro, jicama and mango salad (with extra mango), grilled ramps, grilled radicchio, guacamole, white bean and Thai basil salad, avocado and cucumber salad, one cup peppermint tea.

One slice of pineapple.

Black beans, green peppers, and tomatillos refried with lardons over brown basmati rice. Sautéed arugula with garlic. Two 16oz cans of Budweiser.

One brown rice onigiri with tarako (cod roe) inside. One Anjou pear. One cup of Olive's coffee. One bottle of Poland Spring water.

Two fried grey sole tacos with spiced mayo and yogurt white sauce. Several bites of black beans. One Anjou pear. Two bottles of Pacifico. Two glasses of red wine. One pint of Lech beer. Two Tylenol.

One bite of flour tortilla pork taco. One corn tortilla black bean taco, one corn tortilla blue cheese and goat cheese taco.
